How does the piston material of CHENKAI's Brake Wheel Cylinders ensure reliability?

1. Types and characteristics of piston materials
CHENKAI's brake wheel cylinder pistons are mainly made of two materials: hard anodized T6082 aviation alloy and high carbon content hardened steel. Both materials have high strength, wear resistance and corrosion resistance, allowing the piston to operate stably in harsh working environments.

T6082 aviation alloy: This material is known for its strength-to-weight ratio and corrosion resistance. Through hard anodizing, a hard oxide film is formed on the surface of the piston, further improving the wear resistance and corrosion resistance.

High carbon content hardened steel: This material is processed by centerless grinding process, ensuring the surface smoothness and dimensional accuracy of the piston. The high carbon content makes it perform well under high pressure and high temperature conditions, and can effectively resist the effects of mechanical wear and thermal expansion.

2. Piston sealing performance
The sealing performance of the piston is crucial to the reliability of the brake wheel cylinder. The design of CHENKAI wheel cylinder piston takes into account the compatibility of the sealing ring and the piston material to ensure the tightness of the hydraulic system. The normal operation of the hydraulic system depends on effective hydraulic transmission, and any fluid leakage may lead to a decrease in braking performance, which in turn affects driving safety.

By selecting wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials, CHENKAI can effectively reduce the wear rate of the piston during operation and extend its service life. In addition, the piston can still maintain good sealing performance under high temperature and high pressure to ensure the stability and reliability of the braking system.

3. Durability and fatigue resistance
During the braking process of the car, the piston will move frequently and withstand repeated pressure changes. This puts higher requirements on the piston material. CHENKAI's piston material not only has high tensile strength and compressive strength, but also has good fatigue resistance.

Fatigue resistance: After high-intensity processing, the microstructure of hardened steel with high carbon content is optimized, thereby improving the fatigue resistance of the material. The piston can maintain stable performance under repeated force and temperature changes, and is not prone to cracking or deformation caused by material fatigue.
4. Temperature adaptability
During actual driving, the brake system will generate a lot of heat due to long-term use. CHENKAI's piston material has good thermal stability and can maintain good physical and chemical properties in high temperature environments.

5. Process and precision
CHENKAI has taken strict control of the manufacturing process of the piston to ensure that each piston can achieve high precision and consistency. The surface of the piston is finely processed, and the smooth surface can reduce friction, improve work efficiency, and reduce energy loss. The precise size and fit not only improve the sealing of the piston, but also ensure the effective transmission of the hydraulic system.

6. Quality assurance and customer confidence
CHENKAI provides strict quality assurance for the piston material and overall product of its brake wheel cylinder. All products are strictly tested before leaving the factory to ensure that there are no manufacturing defects. Such quality control measures not only improve the reliability of the product, but also enhance customer confidence.
